Moonwater West (Building Alpha) is a state-of-the-art, 922,569-square-foot Class A cross-dock industrial facility situated on 53 acres within Wesley D. Adams Innovation Park in Apex, North Las Vegas. Completed in May 2025, Building Alpha is the first phase of the partnership's planned industrial park, which is expected to include approximately 11 buildings totaling more than 6 million square feet. The facility features a minimum 42-foot clear height, 180 dock-high doors, four grade-level doors, expansive truck courts, and an on-site dog park, providing a premier environment for logistics, distribution, and manufacturing operations.
